With a nominal voltage of 51.2V and a capacity of 628Ah, a complete 16S battery configuration provides approximately 32kWh of energy storage capacity. The kit combines a robust battery enclosure with a JK Smart BMS, Bluetooth monitoring, active balancing and battery protection components to simplify DIY battery assembly.

With support for EVE MB56 628Ah cells, a JK 300A Smart BMS, Bluetooth monitoring, 2A active balancing and a 250A DC breaker, this DIY battery case provides the core components needed to build a high-capacity 51.2V energy storage system for solar, backup and off-grid applications.
(1) Please charge with a dedicated lithium battery charger;
(2) Do not reverse the positive and negative poles;
(3) There are safety devices in the battery pack. To ensure safety, do not dissect or change the structure of the battery;
(4) It is forbidden to directly connect the positive and negative terminals with metal;
(5) It is strictly forbidden to immerse the battery in water;
(6) It is strictly forbidden to drop, impact, squeeze, or puncture the battery;
(7) If the battery pack is not used for 3 months, please put the battery pack fully. When it is not in use, it should be placed in a cool and dry environment.
